Catch me at the fifth annual Philadelphia Farm & Food Fest (PF3) Sunday, April 10th at the Convention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! This year I had the pleasure of curating the programming for the Fest's newest component, the PF3 Demo Kitchen! The kitchen will be the heart of Fest and feature some of Philadelphia's finest culinary all-stars like Zahav, Talula's Garden and Russet. There will be whole animal butchery, fermentation how-to's, mushrooms and more. It was inspiring to be able to connect the chefs and farmers for their demonstrations as I have close ties with many of them and am excited to see them come together on stage. You won't want to miss it!
