2015 consisted of 20,000 miles across the country. While traveling for work, I hosted various Pop Ups in Texas, California, Michigan, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, and Georgia.
After meeting the talented folk duo The Sun Flights in 2014, our synergistic energies collided and we embarked on a national tour of the country. Along the way we did a dinner and a show series, while I hosted pop up dinners and sold treats at their shows. I helped book the duo and started my project of traveling the country collecting recipes for a budding cookbook.
